About

The Central PA Open Source Conference (CPOSC) is a small, low-cost, one-day conference about all things Open Source.

As members of various open source related organizations in the area (including CPLUG & CP.rb) we realized that there is a wealth of talent and knowledge just waiting for a venue in which it could be shared.

So the idea of CPOSC was born: a time and place where people with a desire to gain knowledge and people with a desire to share knowledge can meet.

When is CPOSC 2009?

CPOSC 2009 will be Saturday, October 17, 2009 at the new Harrisburg University campus in Harrisburg, PA.

How many people will be at the conference?

CPOSC 2008 had 18 speakers and about 100 attendees. This year’s venue is a bit larger, so we’ll be able to accommodate 150 attendees.

Do you have a wiki?
